Aashirvaad Shudh Chakki Atta is made from 100% whole wheat and is traditionally chakki-ground to produce soft, fluffy rotis and chapatis. Aashirvaad states that the flour is 100% atta with 0% maida, and the wheat undergoes a multi-step cleaning process before milling.
It is ideal for everyday Indian breads such as roti, chapati, paratha, phulka, and puri, as well as other whole-wheat preparations.
