Ganze Shan-Kreuzkümmelsamen - 100 g

Shan Cumin Whole contains aromatic whole cumin seeds (Jeera) with a warm, earthy flavour and distinctive fragrance. The seeds are commonly used in Indian and Pakistani cooking for tadka, curries, dals, rice dishes, vegetables, marinades, and spice blends. Current European and international retailers list the Shan whole cumin pack in the 100g size.

Lightly roasting or frying the seeds in oil helps release their aroma and adds depth to both everyday and traditional dishes.
