DESCRIPTION
Udhaiyam Roasted Daria, also known as Pottukadalai or Roasted Chana, is made from roasted split chickpeas with a crisp texture and mild, nutty flavour. It is widely used in South Indian cooking for coconut chutneys, podi, spice powders, laddoo, snack mixes, and other traditional recipes.
It can also be enjoyed directly as a crunchy snack or added to chaats and savoury mixtures. The 500g pack is currently sold by retailers in Germany and other European markets.
