DESCRIPTION
Mix the wheat flour with a little milk, water, and oil. Knead well to form a soft dough and let it rest for about 30 minutes before rolling out the rotis.
For parathas, add your choice of vegetables, including leafy greens such as palak (spinach) and methi (fenugreek leaves). You can also add curd and spices of your choice to make delicious and nutritious parathas.
